Return & Refund Policy

All items sold are curated surprise products. Due to the nature of lucky scoops, gacha items, and blind selections, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that item contents are random and may vary between orders. Specific items are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. Any preferences shared by customers are considered on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed.

Refunds will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to, personal preference, duplicate items, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with surprise contents.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the event that an item arrives damaged or is missing due to an error on our end. Any such issues must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and must be supported with clear photo or video evidence.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
